Distribution of Writing Materials to Public Secondary Schools

In 2025, DEAI implemented an educational support initiative aimed at improving learning conditions in public secondary schools. During our engagement visits, we observed that a significant number of students lacked basic writing materials such as notebooks and pens, which affected their classroom participation and overall academic confidence. The primary challenge identified was the financial limitation faced by many families, making it difficult for students to consistently access essential learning tools.
To address this gap, DEAI organized the structured distribution of writing materials to students. This intervention improved student engagement in the classroom and reinforced our commitment to strengthening foundational education in such communities.
What We Saw: Insufficient access to essential writing materials among students.
